Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons french green clay ( you can get it here )
- 1 teaspoon purified water ( you can get it here)
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar( you can get it here)
Supplies
- Non-metal mixing bowl
- Non-metal stirring utensil
- Non-metal measuring spoon
Directions
Add
the dry clay to the bowl then add the purified water and apple cider
vinegar. Stir well to the consistency of sour cream. Since it’s being
used as a face mask, it can be applied right away and not left to ‘gel’
or thicken overnight
. Apply a thin layer all over the face, including
the forehead but avoiding the under-eye area. Let dry, which takes about
15 to 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.
How often should you use this mask ?
It is generally recommended to use clay masks once a week. For trouble
skin, however, you may use it more often. I have been using it twice a week. If used too frequently, it may cause dryness and irritation.
