Aloe vera and green clay mask

Here is a clay mask recipe, ideal for those who like me, despite my 24 years, still suffer from
breakouts (pimples, blackheads, etc.). Green clay is a must in treating combination and acne prone skin . It regulates the excess of sebum, it absorbs the impurities, it cleanses the skin, remineralizes it and restructures it. With rose water, it brings astringent effects to the skin alongwith Aloe Vera gel that helps cellular regeneration. The tea tree oil ,targets blemishes, removes impurities and mattifie the skin

Ingredients :
1 tsp of green clay
3 tsp.of rose water
1 tsp of aloe vera gel
6 drops of tea tree essential oil (preferably organic)

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix  the green clay, rose water, Aloe Vera and tea tree essential oil, until  you get a paty consistency . This mask can be  kept up to two weeks inthe fridge. Apply it on the face and neck once a week for 15-20 minutes.

If you have a very dry skin, I advise you to use white clay instead of the green it is softer and more suitable  for sensitive and dry the skin.

If you are pregnant or unable to tolerate essential oils, you can replace the essential oil of tea tree with 6 drops of grapefruit seed extract.
